Inside, the home features thoughtfully designed living spaces filled with natural light, including an open-concept living room with dramatic volume ceilings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a cozy upstairs loft that is ideal for movie and game nights. With three comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a flexible bonus room, Solicio del Sol comfortably accommodates groups of up to ten guests.

The living room features dramatic volume ceilings and expansive windows that overlook the pool and backyard while filling the space with warm natural sunlight. A comfortable seating area invites guests to enjoy the space while watching the Samsung Frame TV paired with immersive Sonos surround sound. Whether enjoying a leisurely afternoon indoors or gathering your guests for a movie night, the living room offers a welcoming setting designed for comfort and connection.
Flex Room & Powder Room
The flex room offers a private and versatile space designed for both comfort and productivity. Furnished with a standing desk and monitor, the flex room provides an ideal setting for guests to catch up on work while away from home. The room also features a futon sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping option if necessary. A nearby bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, adds convenience and luxury for guests.
Kitchen & Dining Area
The kitchen and dining area are thoughtfully designed for preparing meals and shared dining. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a spacious granite island that offers ample room for cooking and dining. The open-space layout flows naturally into the dining area, creating a comfortable setting for intimate meals and conversations with family and friends.
Loft
Upstairs, the spacious loft provides a comfortable second living area where guests can relax and unwind. Furnished with a cozy sectional sofa and Samsung TV, the loft offers the perfect setting for movie nights, causal entertainment, or a quiet reprieve after a day of exploring the desert. A curated selection of DVDs and board games adds to the experience, creating an inviting space for relaxed evening indoors. For larger groups, the loft can also accommodate an optional air mattress upon request, offering additional flexibility for sleeping arrangements.
Primary Bedroom & Bathroom
The primary suite features a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and carefully selected furnishings that create a calm and inviting atmosphere. The spa-inspired ensuite bathroom is complete with a soaking tub, glass walk-in shower, double vanity, and bidet toilet, creating a beautifully designed space for convenience and refinement.
Guest Bedrooms & Bathroom
The home includes two additional guest bedrooms each designed with character and style. The Sierra Azul Room features a queen-sized bed and Roku TV for streaming entertainment. The Solicio del Oro Room includes two twin beds, creating a spacious atmosphere for additional guests or families traveling together. The nearby guest bathroom provides easy access for both bedrooms, and is supplied with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for added amenities.

House Rules & Guidelines
Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in at 2:00 PM may be available upon request. Keypad access instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.
Check-In
Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out at 12:00 PM may be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Check-outs after 12:00 PM may incur a fee of $50 per hour.
Before checking out, please:
Place all used towels in the laundry (beds may be left unmade)
Begin a towel cycle for the striped pool towels
Rinse and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the cleaning cycle
Dispose of trash and recycling in the respective bins on the side of the house
Clean the outdoor grill after use
Lower the outdoor umbrellas
Cover the outdoor grill and fire pit after use
Check-Out
House Guidelines
No smoking or vaping indoors, including marijuana; violation will incur a $500 cleaning fee
Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 7:00AM
No parties or events; only registered guests are permitted on the property
Please do not enter any locked areas, including the garage
Please do not relocate indoor or outdoor furniture; use he furniture for its intended purpose
Contact the property owners to request pool or hot tub heating between 6:00PM and 10:00PM.
To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to review the following guidelines.
Do not bring glassware into or near the hot tub or pool
Turn off the outdoor grill and fire pit after each use
Keep all access points to the backyard firmly shut if you have young children
