The living room offers an inviting and comfortable space to relax and unwind. Enjoy films on the mounted projector and screen, or listen to the vintage-style record player with a diverse collection of vinyl records. Sliding accordion doors create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, while ample seating and the leather sofa provide a cozy place to gather as well as additional sleeping arrangements if necessary.
Kitchen
The kitchen blends modern performance with vintage charm. Start your mornings at the cozy coffee nook, enjoy purified drinking and cooking water from the water-filtration system, and prepare meals on the Viking gas range stove. Retro-inspired appliances add character, while the integrated pull-out dishwasher keeps the space sleek and modern.
Bedroom
The bedroom offers a restful retreat featuring a king-size bed designed for comfort and relaxation. Blackout curtains help ensure a peaceful sleep, while the windows overlook the surrounding desert and mountains. Reading lamps, and television with streaming apps, and plenty of charging ports provide modern convenience within a warm midcentury space accented with desert tones.
Bathroom
The bathroom offers a clean and comfortable space, featuring a premium automatic-flushing toilet with bidet and heated seat for a truly spa-like experience. Fresh, clean towels and a bath mat are provided for each stay, along with complimentary body shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.
Hot Tub
Relax in the outdoor hot tub—comfortably seating up to four people—featuring powerful, yet, soothing jets for a refreshing soak. located beneath the remote-controlled string lights, the hot tub is the perfect refuge to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views of the desert cacti and distant snow-capped mountains.
Patio
The patio offers an intimate outdoor space surrounded by a garden of cacti and succulents nestled at the base of the desert hills. A comfortable seating area complete with modern Adirondack chairs and a fire pit provides a cozy place to relax, while the outdoor BBQ makes it easy to grill up a feast. Sliding accordion doors open the living room to the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience to sip a morning cup of coffee, watch for birds, practice vinyasa yoga, or stargaze at night.
House Rules & Guidelines
Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in at 2:00 PM may be available upon request. Lockbox access instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.
Check-In
Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out at 12:00 PM may be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Check-outs after 12:00 PM may incur a fee of $50 per hour.
Before checking out, please:
Place all used towels in the shower (beds may be left unmade)
Rinse and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the “Quick” cycle
Dispose of trash and recycling in the respective bins behind the garage
Lower the hot tub temperature to 80°F (26°C) and ensure the fire pit is turned off

House Guidelines
No parties or events; only registered guests are permitted on the property
No smoking or vaping indoors, including marijuana, violations will incur a $500 cleaning fee
Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 7:00AM
Please do not relocate indoor or outdoor furniture; use furniture for its intended purpose

Close the wood stove door when in use
Do not bring glassware into the hot tub; any broken glass in the hot tub will incur a $500 cleaning fee
Please keep the front door closed during windy conditions
Please keep the door to the wood burning stove closed when in use
Please turn the hot tub and fire pit off when not in use
