The Blueprint

Comprehensive Design Plan

Starting at $2,000/listing (based on property size and room number)

A carefully curated design plan to transform you space into a cohesive short-term rental experience.

Ideal for: Hosts seeking luxury design with the flexibility to implement at their own pace.

What is Included:

  • Everything in TheAudit plan

  • Full design concept

  • Custom mood board

  • Furniture and decor sourcing list with product links

  • Optional layout and space recommendations (2-3 layouts/room)

  • Styling guidance to elevate guest experience and optimize photography

Additional Services (The Audit & The Blueprint)

  • Exterior design, landscaping, and amenity recommendations 
  • Shopping, procurement, and delivery coordination (+10% procurement fee on all purchases)
  • Furniture removal and disposal (custom quote based on volume)
  • Photographer coordination and scheduling prior to photoshoot (photographer fee not included)
  • Final styling and staging for professional listing photoshoot

    On-site support and staging will incur an additional fee based on travel expenses and hotel accommodations.

Starting at $10,000/listing (based on property size and room number)

A fully managed, white-glove process overseeing every design detail to launch your high-performing short-term rental listing—from concept to completion.

Ideal for: Hosts who want a seamless, hands-off approach with a professionally executed plan.

What is Included:

  • Everything included in The Audit and The Blueprint plans

  • Full project and budget management

  • Shopping, procurement, and delivery coordination (+10% procurement fee on all purchases)

  • Exterior design, landscaping, and amenity recommendations

  • Detailed installation plan and final styling direction

  • On-site styling, staging, and installation

Includes up to 5 installation days. Additional days are billed at $800/day. Consecutive installation days cannot be guaranteed. Extended timelines due to project scope changes or vendor delays may require additional billed days.
